Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it when you visit boxchess.com or book a free trial class.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information just because you visit the Website. We only collect information you choose to give us by filling out the "Begin Your Assessment / Book My Free Trial" form. That form asks for:
- Your name
- Phone / WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Age group
- Chess level
- Your goal (for example, learning chess)
We do not collect any other personal data through the Website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the details you submit only to:
- Contact you about your free trial class
- Recommend a suitable coach, batch, and personalized learning plan
- Answer your questions about our programs
- Share updates related to your enrollment or trial
We will not use your information for any unrelated purpose.
3. We Do Not Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. Your information is seen only by the Boxchess team members (such as coaches and coordinators) who need it to respond to you.
The only exception is where we are required to disclose information by law or by a valid legal process.
4. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you submit against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your trial request and follow up with you, or as long as required by law. If you don't proceed with a trial or enrollment, you can ask us at any time to delete your information.
6. Children's Privacy
Our programs include children (for example, ages 5–10). We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If the player is a minor, the form should be filled out by a parent or guardian, and the contact details provided should be theirs. By submitting the form on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to us using the information as described in this policy.
If you believe a child has given us personal information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You may at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw your consent to us contacting you
To do any of these, write to us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
